 1. Don’t pay attention to the commercials!-One of the biggest things that can halt your goal to lose love handles is by paying attention to the commercials we see on TV. Just about everyday there is a new product designed to help us lose weight and get into the best shape of our lives.

 The fact is, most of these things don’t work. They play on your need to lose love handles and pull the money right from your wallet. Stick to what works and reap your reward.

2. Change your eating habits-Your eating habits play the biggest role in whether or not you have to much fat on your body. Make sure to restrict your calories and eat a low car high protein diet.
