As for the actual training program, rather than just throw a few solid exercises at you, Vince has created a
fairly intricate program that includes cycles, pyramid training, and period principles to keep your muscles guess
at all times.
This approach makes it harder for your body to become used to any particular workout and can keep you from
reaching that dreaded workout plateau where all growth stops.
While all this info can be a bit tough to grasp at first, the web based membership site includes a 52-week
